Dogs cost $2–$4 depending on how many have sold. Stats are rolled at mint — power, speed, skill — and nothing can change them afterwards.

The room closes, the seed comes from a later block, and the bracket resolves. The champion is paid automatically.
Rooms open on a fixed schedule. When one fills, the next opens. If players are short, seats are byes — never bots padding the bracket.
